Improving your sleep pattern is like dieting. You need to stick to a couple of sensible rules to see any improvement. I found the Sleep council reminders very clear and useful. The key thing is not to brush through them, thinking you've done it...Maybe commit to change 1 habit a month and see how it goes...

I have to say reducing electronics is the one I'm still resisting, especially now that I'm stuck at home, with no outside distraction. But I've managed well with the alcohol, the exercise, the regularity of schedule.
